Grass cutting bunker
The SIEPLO grass bunker has been specially developed for cutting and dosing round and square bales of silage. At SIEPLO, we believe that to blend well, you need short grass. By pre-cutting this in a bunker, you can dose the grass briefly in the mixer or feeding robot, so that the mixing system does not have to run unnecessarily long before cutting. Mixing at the right time and cutting in the right way is important for maintaining the structure of the feed.

You can connect the grass bunker with the SIEPLO mixing installation, for even more convenience. The bunker can also be perfectly combined with our smart feeding systems, such as the FEEDR® and the mixing dosing trolley.
Improved feed intake
The unique SIEPLO grass cutting system with rotating rollers ensures that the grass is cut properly. This makes it loose and airy. Experience shows that this significantly improves the mixing quality and the feed intake.
Long lifespan
Because the bunker is completely made of stainless steel, the risk of material attack by acids is limited to a minimum. In addition, the smooth surfaces and the use of a smooth belt ensure minimal residual product, so that mold is prevented.
